Control of Respirable Coal-Mine Dust Exposure in Underground Mines – Public Meeting in Morgantown, W.Va., June 29
The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine committee assessing the effectiveness of monitoring and sampling approaches that are used to guide decisions about controlling occupational exposure to respirable coal-mine dust will hold its fourth public meeting in Morgantown, West Virginia.
The study committee will hear from representatives of Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), followed by a public comment session.
