Future of Nursing 2020 - 2030 – June 7 Chicago Town Hall
A National Academy of Medicine committee will hold a town hall meeting in Chicago on June 7 to inform its study The Future of Nursing 2020-2030, which is looking at ways to advance the nursing profession to help our nation create a culture of health, reduce health disparities, and improve the health and well-being of the U.S. population in the 21st century.
The first of three regional town hall meetings, the event will feature presentations and discussions and invite the public to share their insights on how nurses can integrate social determinants of health and health equity into education, research, and practice.
