Establishing a Safety Culture in Academic Labs -- Committee Meeting Aug. 28
A National Research Council committee examining laboratory safety of chemical research in non-industrial settings will hold its third meeting August 28 in Cambridge, Mass., to hear from experts and gather information. The committee's study will explore ways to promote safe practices and attitudes in chemical research laboratories and will make recommendations for systems that would improve safety of these facilities.
