July 19 - Public Data-Gathering Session: Lessons Learned From Fukushima Nuclear Accident
On July 19 the National Academy of Sciences will host its first data-gathering session for the project Lessons Learned From the Fukushima Nuclear Accident for Improving Safety and Security of U.S. Nuclear Plants.
The session is open to the public and will include a review of the study task as well as presentations from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, the U.S. nuclear industry, and nongovernmental organizations.
