STEM Workforce Diversity – March 21 Meeting

Last year, the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine launched “New Voices in Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine,” an initiative to engage a diverse group of outstanding early career scholars to provide new perspectives on issues and public communication modes for the National Academies, and identify and try out activities designed to expand the diversity of expertise that takes part in the convening and advisory functions of the National Academies.

The New Voices scholars will host a panel featuring representatives from government and industry for a discussion on efforts to diversify the national science, engineering, and health workforce.
