Assessing Governance and Management Reform in the Nuclear Security Enterprise – New Report March 13
A new interim report from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine in collaboration with the National Academy of Public Administration evaluates the National Nuclear Security Administration’s (NNSA) efforts to reform its management and governance of the nuclear security enterprise, in response to the FY2016 National Defense Authorization Act. The report examines areas such as the tactical and strategic aims of the administration, the role that the NNSA administrator should play in implementing the reforms, and the state of data collection at the NNSA.
