Caffeine in Food and Dietary Supplements: Examining Safety -- Workshop Summary is a collection of presentations from a workshop convened by the Institute of Medicine in August 2013 where participants discussed potential health impacts stemming from the consumption of caffeine in dietary supplements and foods commonly referred to as "energy products."  The summary of participants’ presentations does not include any findings or recommendations from IOM.
