The following topics were discussed in the closed sessions:
The committee discussed project scope and use of 5 work groups on 1) financing, 2) policies at local, state, and federal levels, 3) obstacles and barriers in the innovation system, 4) dimensions for organizing and analyzing technologies' readiness for commercialization and scale-up, and 5) business models and regulation of electric power utilities.
The committee also identified individuals and groups of experts to consult and involve in future data-gathering meetings.
