Is progress being seen against the major challenges identified in Augustine-Mies? What is being with regard to metrics and goals, and communications and training?

3:00 Discussion of developments in safety, infrastructure, and operations (James McConnell)

4:00 Comparison of government-laboratory relations in NNSA and in DOE-Science (Cherry Murray, Harvard University, and Joseph McBrearty, DOE-Science)
