Meeting of the Committee to Advise the USGCRP


8:45 am Discussion USGCRP engagement with international research programs and activities.
May include discussion of programs/activities such as: Future Earth initiative, the World Climate Research Program (WCRP), International Framework for Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services (IPBES), Global Framework for Climate Services (GFCS), Inter-American Institute for Global Change Research (IAI), Asia Pacific Network for Global Change Research (APN), Intergovernmental Panel on climate Change (IPCC).

11:00am The President's Climate Action Plan (CAP). A discussion of how the CAP will affect key elements of the USGCRP work, including implementation of the 2012 Strategic Plan.
