Meeting Rooms: Are located on the campus of the California Institute of Technology in Pasadena, California. We will use the Salvatori Room in the South Mudd Building (No. 34 on the Caltech map) for the open sessions on 4 November. The closed sessions on 5-6 November will be held in the Board Room, Millikan Building (No. 32 on Caltech map). See the following website for Caltech map and directions: http://www.caltech.edu/map/.

Hotel Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus will run between the Marriott and Caltech. The first run of the day will be at 7:00 a.m. The second and last will be at 7:45 a.m.. First come, first served. All times approximate.

Caltech Parking: Parking is available in Caltech’s Wilson Ave. multistory facility (No.124 on Caltech map). Park in named slots at your peril! See Rodney Howard about parking permits.
