This database is part of an ongoing effort to increase public involvement in the information-gathering phases of our studies, workshops, and a variety of other activities.

It contains information about open meetings of the National Academy of Sciences, National Academy of Engineering, Institute of Medicine, and National Research Council on projects that are subject to the requirements of Section 15 of the Federal Advisory Committee Act.  Other upcoming meetings at the National Academies that are open to the public may be viewed under the Events section (http://search.nap.edu/nap-cgi/events.cgi).
